If we got nuked today it would go unnoticed by the media.
When I got discharged from the hospital yesterday after three days in for dehydration, the first news that I heard was that Kate Middleton was in labour. As a republican this does not class as news to me, a woman has had a baby, when my sister has her baby in the autumn will that make the news? Of course not, it all comes back to the feudal British society. The sooner we have a republic the better. Also don't say the monarchy increases tourism, as it doesn't. People still visit France and they killed their monarch, tourists won't suddenly stop visiting because we would no longer have an outdated political system. I can't wait until Charles becomes King and makes people see the influence that the monarch holds.

Anything above size 10 is not fat.
When considering buying a dress from sugar+style I discover I can't - I'm too fat for their biggest size, which is a 10 and at a 14 I am not the size of person that they want buying their clothes. Why is that? I'm in the healthy weight range so I should not be too big for some clothes. But the fashion industry makes us believe that we have to go back to our birth weights to be attractive. It makes me want to force feed a big Mac to starved model.
I hate vogue.
I do like chocolate.

The only two things I dislike about summer!
I've not been on her for a few days, because nothing of any importance or interest has happened.
1. I can't stay outside sunbathing for long as I burn really easily. It would be nice to not be sat inside on one of the rare English sunny days.
2. How when the sun does come out all men decide it's time to walk around shirtless, and women sunbathing in bikinis and shorts that do not cover their bums and of course boob tubes in public! (Though some girls in my sixth form dressed like that in November) but anyone over 25ish should not dress like this, as it just looks wrong even I at 19 as I think I'm too old but if I ever would, never in public.
Come on Britain, dress appropriately!
